Walking Red Light District
Go Retro's Walking Red Light District Tour is informative and entertaining. Our costumed guide will take you back to the 19th century and walk you through the areas where hearts were broken, money was exchanged, fun times were had, and lives were made and others ruined.
The tour begins in front of the old Customs House (223 Palafox Place, Pensacola, FL 32502). (This is the current location of the Artel Gallery.) Your guide will walk with you to the sites of former billard halls, bars, and brothels. The stories will amaze you. You couldn't make this stuff up!
This tour covers some of the material on the more expansive riding Red Light District tour, but there are different stories on the walking tour.
Expect to walk about 8 blocks. This immersive experience will last 1.25-1.5 hours.
